We want you to be delighted with every item you buy from us. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us in its original condition for a no-quibble refund or replacement. Our Guarantee of Satisfaction gives you 90 days to return any item, free of charge when posted in the UK.

How to return your items

It’s simple and free in the UK. You’ll find a pre-paid postal label in with your order Just stick it on the outside of your package and take to any Post Office. Please ask for a proof of posting receipt. We’ll process your refund promptly, to the payment method you used to make your original purchase.

If you are posting outside the UK, please return your parcel to David Nieper Ltd, Nottingham Road, Alfreton DE55 7LE.

So you can wear your favourite pieces for many years to come, you can also enjoy unlimited access to our expert repair service, free of charge (excluding postage costs).
