Free UK returns
We hope you love your order, but if you’re not entirely satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us in its original condition for a no-quibble refund or replacement.
Our Guarantee of Satisfaction gives you 90 days to return any item, free of charge when posted in the UK.
How to return your items
Simply return your order to us in the same unused and unwashed condition, with the dispatch note and original label attached, within 90 days.
You’ll find a pre-paid postal label in every parcel. Just stick it on the outside of the package you wish to return and take it to any Post Office. We recommend asking for a free proof of posting receipt when handing over your parcel.
For hygiene reasons, we generally can’t accept returns on hosiery and lingerie items if they have been worn.

Choosing an exchange
If you’d like to exchange your garment for a different size or style, simply fill out the relevant details on the dispatch note and return your order to us following the guidance above. You can also call us on 01773 83 6000 and our Customer Services team will answer any questions about your exchange.
All exchanges are sent out free of charge – you won’t have to pay for delivery.
