We’ve put together these Terms and Conditions to provide information about the products you can order from our website www.davidnieper.com (‘our website’), using our order form or over the phone from our helpful customer services team.

The website

We’ve taken great care to present the colour, texture, fit and specifications of the products on our website as accurately as possible. Products can look a little different on different devices, however, so please bear in mind the colour and display attributes of your device as you browse.

Accuracy is important to us, and we may change, correct or update information on our website at any time. This includes product information.

The catalogue

We work hard to make sure our catalogues accurately display the colour, texture, fit and specifications of our products but cannot guarantee a complete match.

Our team meticulously check every catalogue. In the unlikely event of an error, we will inform you verbally if you order over the phone or by email using the email address you provided when you placed your order. We will also amend future catalogues if we can.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Shopping with us

Garment availability

Many of our designs are made especially for you when you order. This means they may be immediately available or take a little longer to arrive. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive at different times. We will always keep you up to date by phone or email.

Your order

You can order our handcrafted designs from our website, over the phone or using the order form in our catalogues. You can also browse and shop in our on-site shop. However you choose to shop, we ensure the process is easy, convenient and secure.

Before submitting or sending your order, please check that the details you’ve provided are correct and the styles you see in your basket / on your order form are the ones you wish to order. If you feel you’ve made a mistake after submitting your order, please don’t worry – simply get in touch using the contact details below.

When we receive your online order, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. This will contain your order number, billing information and the details of your purchase/s.

By submitting an order to us, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid, genuine and correct and that payment will be made in full when we process your order.

Delivery

We send your order as soon as possible. Please note that any estimated delivery times we offer are indicative and not guaranteed. We will keep you informed if there is likely to be a small wait for your order due to our unique handcrafting process.

Payment

We’re pleased to accept most major credit and debit cards, except American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and cheques. Please send your cheque with your completed order form, payable to David Nieper Limited.

We take payment for all items at the time of order. Cheque orders are processed regularly.

Amending, updating or cancelling your order

We pride ourselves on an efficient service and begin preparing or making your clothes when we receive your order, if we can. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to amend, update or cancel your order – we’ll always do our best to help.

Returning your order

We want you to enjoy many years of wear from every item of clothing you buy from us. If something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange it within 90 days. Please return your item/s in the same condition with the original packaging and the dispatch note. You’ll find a Royal Mail postal label in your order. We also recommend that you ask the Post Office for free ‘proof of posting’ when you hand over your parcel.

We’re sorry, but for hygiene reasons we generally can’t accept returns on earrings, hosiery and lingerie items if they have been worn.

We will refund your payment once we have received and checked your return. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and credited to the payment method you used to make your original purchase.

If you purchased your garment using an offer or discount code, our team will adjust the refund accordingly.

Lifetime repairs

The repairs service applies to David Nieper garments only – we are not able to repair clothes from other brands.

Lifetime repairs applies to the original owner only. We are unable to accept a garment if it was purchased secondhand.

We always do our best to repair your garment using the same materials or trims. However, this might not be possible if you purchased the garment some years ago. We’ll try to find the closest replacement.

Reviewing your order

We love to hear how much you enjoy our clothes. If you would like to leave a review, please look out for the ‘review your clothes’ email we’ll send to you a short while after dispatching your order. Please note that we may use your review, in part or full, in a catalogue or on our website. We’ll reference your name in the format ‘A. Smith’.

Offers and promotions

Free delivery terms

Use the code or URL stated to claim your free delivery. The offer is valid until the date stated and cannot be used after this date. The code can only be used once per customer, per order and cannot be applied or transferred to any previous or subsequent orders. The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and there is no cash alternative. Free delivery is our Royal Mail standard delivery service.

Your signup offer discount code is valid until the date specified in your welcome email. You may use your 10% off discount code against any full price items from the David Nieper website. You can only apply the code once online and it may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The code cannot be applied or transferred to any previous or subsequent orders and has no monetary value.

10% off your first order offer

Your first order discount code is valid until the date stated in our email, letter, advert, catalogue or other communication. You may use your 10% off discount code against any full price items from the David Nieper website. You can only use the code once, over the phone or online, and it may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The code cannot be applied or transferred to any previous or subsequent orders and has no monetary value.

£10 off minimum spend of £75 offer

Your discount code is valid until the date specified in your email. You may use your £10 off discount code against any purchase from the David Nieper website. The code can only be used once per customer and it may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The code cannot be applied or transferred to any previous or subsequent orders and has no monetary value.

£10 off dresses offer

Your discount is valid until the date specified in the email on full priced dresses only. The code cannot be applied or transferred to any previous or subsequent orders and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

Each customer may redeem the social media discount code once, regardless of whether the code changes or is reissued in future campaigns and it may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
